The model

What Narova is building

Narova is building toward an own-label model. In that model, an established contract manufacturer makes the product, Narova’s name goes on the label, and a licensed third-party logistics provider stores and ships it. The work is less about owning a plant and more about accountability for everything the label stands for. Narova is starting with the groundwork that model depends on: the entity, the licensure path, and the right counterparties.

Point of view

A label is a promise about everything before it

The name on the carton answers for the medicine inside, wherever it was made. Under the Drug Supply Chain Security Act, that promise is traced package by package.

Narova treats chain-of-custody records, clear patient-facing labelling and conservative quality decisions as the core of the business.

Stage

Narova is at the start of that path. It intends to operate under the appropriate state and federal licensure, and will list each licence here, with its issuing body and number, once it is granted.

Contact

Narova welcomes conversations with NDA and ANDA holders, title-model third-party logistics providers, and regulatory and licensing consultants.
